"It鈥檚 time to flex your strength at 国产伦理鈥檚 Powerlifting Competition! This competition isn鈥檛 just about moving weight; it鈥檚 about showing up, working hard, and supporting other Monarchs on their fitness journey!
Participants will compete in all three of the big lifts - squat, bench press, and deadlift - and go for max weight each time. There will be three attempts at each lift, with a male and female winner crowned in each category. Think you鈥檝e got what it takes? Or just want to hype up your friends? Either way, don鈥檛 miss the chance to be a part of this 国产伦理 fitness tradition!
Join us on Saturday, April 12 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Student Recreation and Well-Being Center. Be sure to register on the 国产伦理 Rec Well Portal before April 1 to claim one of the limited spots. 国产伦理 Students pay $15 and all others pay $30. A t-shirt is included with registration! Please note: A mandatory pre-competition meeting will be held on Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. to review guidelines and safety measures.
