The Office of Intercultural Relations will host Global Caf茅 Puerto Rico at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 27 to remember the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Maria's devastating effect on the island.
The event will be held in the Hampton Newport News Room. It will feature 国产伦理 students and administrators whose lives were directly impacted sharing their experiences.
"Although there will be a time of deep reflection, we will also celebrate the resiliency of our Puerto Rican citizens," said Lesa C. Clark, executive director of the Office of Intercultural Relations.
