Gov. Glenn Youngkin ordered that the flags of the United States and Virginia will be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol and all local, state and federal buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in honor and memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The flags shall remain lowered until sunset on the day of internment.
